Business Volunteers for the Arts® (BVA) has served Chicago, since 1985, by connecting skilled business professionals with nonprofit arts and cultural organizations in need of high-level assistance. The program strives to:
- Help organizations improve their operational and management practices;
- Deliver high-caliber, pro bono consulting services that might otherwise be unavailable;
- Create rewarding opportunities for business professionals who wish to contribute to their communities; and
- Stress the reciprocal relationship between the private sector and the arts, forging creative partnerships and connections.
